Sent the wrong item. Returned this item but still haven't received correct item nearly 2 weeks later

I purchased a pair of mortice knobs from G Decor, they have lovely products on their site, however when they arrived we realised they're not a matching pair, so they don't mechanically work properly. G Decor were a bit slow to reply to my messages regarding a replacement, but when they did - they offered a brilliant exchange and were efficient in replying there after.

" Packaging beautiful/candle disappointing"

The packaging is beautiful, especially the dark green glass. Rather disappointed with the candle as the wick had to be dug out of the wax before it could be lit & there's very little scent.

Ordered a set of 4 wine glasses for a gift for a friend. As it was a "set" I expected 4 glasses to be contained together in a nice commercial box. However they were all loose and packed in cardboard. It wasn't even a proper box - it looked like bits of boxes stuck together with fragile tape. Unsurprisingly all the glasses were crushed. Even if they had arrived intact they couldn't be given as a gift because they were not a "set" as advertised. When I contacted G Decor for a refund they were very dismissive and blamed the supplier for sending them to them in poor packaging. If they know it is poor packaging why didn't they rectify it before they sent them out to me and why are they still selling them when they cant deliver them safely? I also had to jump through hoops to get my money back. Would not use this company again.
