I'm very pleased with the order I received the knobs look great in my kitchen. The company were very efficient and the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and courteous.

I bought some wardrobe door knobs from G Decor. They were very professional and communicated well via email. They had run out of stock of one type of door knob I had ordered (hence the 4*), but they immediately contacted me to inform me of this problem and gave me options. In the end I decided to wait for the stock to arrive which did take a few weeks but I did eventually receive them. My only other criticism was that some of the nuts were loose on the screws and needed replacing. The door knobs were very pretty though. Otherwise good service.

The courier company you use seem incapable of delivery to a required address. Although i give a number reftding my order no notification was had until the parcel was returned. This happened twice? Poor!

My first order was faultless and the product was excellent. But my second order wouldn't go through because of website problems, so I had to order by phone. Unfortunately whoever placed the order had the right description but transposed 2 digits of the part number, so I was sent the wrong part. I returned it, explaining the problem, only to be sent the wrong part again. After further communications, I got the right part, but the invoice cost was increased.
The ceramic parts are excellent, but the ordering system can fall apart.

Was a bit disappointe when package came, one item broken and another missing. However, Gdecor assistant handled extremely well, and with no further cost to myself, rectified this quickly. Lovely stuff, and good concern handling. Happy customer 😁
