Sales excellent, choice and guidance on what to install was perfect, and the team who installed the two fires (on a replacement with plastering works for a new breast and hearth, the other a modern new installation). The team were friendly, courteous, very skilled and totally fuss free. Have already recommended them to friends and family.

I found this local Company on the internet and from the moment I entered the showroom felt there was something different about their approach and professionalism.
No hard sell and I was given all the info needed to make an informed choice. This carried through to the fitting of the fireplace and the quality of workmanship was excellent as well as their goodwill to make decoration of the wall as easy as possible. I had a small problem later and this was rectified immediately. No hesitation in recommending this Company.

Helpful and friendly people throughout the process - selection, installation and follow up. We were kept updated on delivery times. The installation team were careful, created very little 'mess' and they took a lot of trouble to ensure the installation was to our satisfaction.

We would say that Tulipalo is the only local business which can deliver our vision. We always wanted to have a contemporary tunnel fireplace with multi function as a media wall and room divider. They came to visualise the design and with great teamwork finally we can have our dream fireplace. We had a good discussion about the design, all the team were very friendly, they were also responsive with email and call, they kept the house tidy and clean enough after the job. And they keep consistent with their service afterwards anytime we need help with the installed fireplace. Totally will recommend them for a fireplace project.
