Simon has been amazing,He completely designed a bespoke fire for us after listening to what we wanted,and he got it spot on!! We are absolutely over the moon with the look of the fire ,it far exceeded our expectations.The performance of the burner has not been as expected and although not his fault but the fault of the manufacturer he has stepped up and helped us to try and get the issues resolved .I would 100% recommend Tulipalo they are not your standard fire company,they go above and beyond to provide a great service and a amazing unique product.

Good advice on the fire selection.
Our install required modification to the chimney/fireplace. A dirty operation was carried out effectively. The house and decorations were respected and dust kept to a minimum.
