First, it was nice to see your email - it is not often that facilities like yours asks for feedback. Having said that, I was thoroughly pleased with the replacement unit that I got from your company. Everything has worked like a charm ... so far. There is a little slip between 1st and 2nd gears, but then again I did not buy a new tranny.

Would I do business with you again ... absolutely and I've already told my mechanic to be sure to have his customers use you as well. The price was right, the service was as promised and the opportunity to send in a review sealed the deal. Thank you!

After buying and installing a transmission from another supplier that didn't work, I ordered one from QUT. It was delivered on time at a fair price. Best of all it was clean and works perfectly.

"Dont order from Quality Used Transmission"

The add says all transmissions are cleaned and tested before sold. Well it took from order date of April 8 to finally arriving at shop on April 22 to do this. This is to slow. The transmission shop I am dealing with warned me against this I should have listened. Once transmission shop opened box for transmission he called me immediately and told me it wasnt' cleaned and they did nothing to transmission but box and ship, he is also skeptical of the mileage that was told to us. I would send back to Quality transmission but I will be charged a 25% fee plus cost of shipping. To be honest I am not sure I would even have money refunded in a timely manner. We are not wealthy people and had to sell vacation time to order this for my daughters car . I should have gone with my instincts on this. Don't make the same mistake we have made.

So, I ordered a transmission back at the beginning of February and never recieved my transmission. After waiting for over 3 weeks I called and left a message and they returned my call and said it was returned but they weren't sure why but that they would resend it that afternoon. Another 3 weeks went by and after being sent to answering machine to answering machine I was able to speak to Scott who insisted they tried to deliver it twice 4 days apart from each other and that the courier company tried calling me both times. I got a copy of my phone record and they had NEVER called me on those days or any other for that matter. I asked for my money back and they sent me to the managers answering machine 5 days in a row, he never returned my call and decided to put 242.50 back on my card for a refund. I PAID 770.00 plus a 75.00 delivery fee!!They said it was a restocking fee. Really?? It's cheaper to restock a load of lumber than it was to put a tranny that was never sent , back on the shelf. They ripped me off from the beginning. never ever buy from them.

I received the transmission before anticipated, it's working well and the warranty was easy to confirm. So far it has been a good investment i was able to get a verbal reading of the odometer of the used transmission i purchased.

I had to pay for 2 installations because the first transmission was bad. It took a little longer than I would have liked because of having to wait for both transmissions to get here and be installed. So far the second transmission is doing well.
