The part I ordered came in a reasonable amount of time with no problems. However, when I called to ask a question they seemed very disinterested in taking my call. But to their credit, they did answer what I needed to know. They do keep you updated very well with e-mails. I would use again.

We received the transmission the exact date Quality Used Transmissions said we would. We had some problem getting some parts we needed to complete the job and then my husband (mechanic) got sick so we were past our time to have it installed for the warranity! We called them, they said no problem. I let them know when we had it completed and our warranity started from that date. Excellent people to work with. Have had no problems with the transmission. Haven't had to use the warranity, thankfully. Hopefully, won't!!!

I am working on a car with my son ('97 BMW 528i) as a father and son bonding project. As all good auto restoration projects go, we have spent alot of time in multiple salvage yards and hours of watching "You Tube" videos! We needed to replace the transmission and found Quality Used Transmissions online. I completed the information regarding the vehicle and it gave us a price. I wanted to talk to the someone before I made the purchase to ask questions. I call the number, spoke to a person who was short, curt but not unprofessional. I go back online again a few days later and order the transmission. It arrives to my mechanic's shop and it is the wrong item. I call Used Quality and speak with a customer service agent. He tells me that I needed to have the production date for the trans and shares that this information is located on the door of the vehicle. I was very confused because no one shared that I needed to have this information before I ordered the transmission. I tried to explain myself but he cut me off and then hung up on me. Now I am furious!! I attempted several call backs but just left a message since he refused to answer directly. I called the next day and got customer service rep on the phone again. I requested the process on how to return the item and the cost. He gave me an estimate but promised to send me an exact quote within an hour. I asked to speak with his supervisor and before I could get his name, the customer service agent transferred me to a voicemail. Once again, I am furious! I have a vehicle in a mechanic's lot costing me money as I fight with how to get the correct part!! If the first rep would have told me that there were different types of trans for the same vehicle and here is how you ensure that you have order the correct one, i would have certainly abided by that recommendation. Instead, I get a group of people who seem to be bothered by customers with questions. Bad experience from start to finish! Spend your good, hard-earned money with folks that care about your satisfaction. Quality Used Transmissions misses the mark by a country mile!!!

I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tranny received in a timely manner, tranny was as stated and a great warranty runs like new

"Slow"

Why bother to tell folks delivery in a few days when you deliver on the last possible business day. I order 10/2 and did not receive until 10/22. Seems like forever when you have no car. Tried o find out where order was and no tracking email. Called to find out and said they had sent it, asked for a tracking to be sent again. Said they would never got it.
Overall, Not a friendly company to deal with.

My initial contact was good however I became concerned when I couldn't reconnect with sales due to a shift change. My credit card was already charged which made me nervous. My credit card company was able to make contact and I was able to talk directly to accounting. We received the motor within the time frame promised. The freight company was excellent. The motor was installed and runs beautifully !
