95/100 for me - As a business tool their system is excellent, the ROI is superb - worth every penny. As a "business professional" it's even better - once set up, the system just works, requiring, little maintenance or ongoing work. The support is good - not Excellent yet - a few of my question emails have gone unanswered in the past. But in short I have a system that was easy to set up, requires (in my case) no maintenance, or updates and delivers astounding ROI.
