Woeful, stressful experience. Wasted thousands on a facility nobody used. Ideal4Finance changed the terms of the APR we could offer a matter of months after signing up, making it far less affordable for us or customers. Refused to refund any of our expenditure despite no customer ever using their finance. Felt conned by the salesman. Avoid and think twice before committing to any contract like this.

As a business using this facility we've paid over 6k so we can offer our customers a finance option. in 3/4 years we've had about 2 people use it. Most customers will sort out payments another way.

Can't wait for the day our contract ends as every payment they take is wasted funds.

Very happy with the service from Ideal4Finance. I didn't find it the easiest thing to set up and had a couple of glitches when coming to confirm it but they were very prompt in replying and fixing it. They also checked after my installation to make sure I was happy with my purchase which was reassuring.
