"Worst customer service."

Would have given zero stars but you are unable, the sales person was unprofessional and abusive. He advised a mobility scooter at nearly £1600, when I advised another company was selling the same scooters for £599, he said there scooters a s**t and I would be there buying his scooters, I said that was poor customer service to slag off another company, he told me to f*** off and go to the other f***ing s**t company. The other company as been around for 15yrs, would not recommend go mobility.

Ordered Thurssay night and delivered midday Monday. I got a notification saying item was delivered when it wasn't and ended up ringing delivery company's customer service. I was told item was delivered to ghe wrong address and someone had signed for it. Got ridiculous information and then was told they had contacted the driver who would retrieve the item and deliver to us. Within no time item was delivered but the driver was mystified when I asked him had he any trouble retrieving it. He had only delivered to me. Very nice polite driver.
I'm delighted with my Kneescoot and commend Gomobilty for their excellent service.

A huge thank you to this wonderful Service and especially Conor for providing the travel wheelchair and making it’s hire convenient. Collecting from Murray’s Pharmaceuticals in Dublin was straightforward. The staff there, especially Janine, were very helpful. They could not do enough for my mum. This wheelchair provided my mother with the opportunity to see sites and go to places that she otherwise could not access. It was incredibly important for her, boosted her confidence and improved her enjoyment of this family holiday immensely. For that we are all very grateful to everyone involved.
