"Thoughtless packing "

Unfortunately after over a two weeks wait, my parcel finally arrived. To get through the packaging was another problem! These items are ordered to aid people with a disability however this seems to be forgotten at packing. Over twenty minutes trying to open it as it's not straight forward as invoice/receipt taped down onto opening while enclosed in a plastic bag. I imagine at some stage this will cause an injury! So very very frustrating..it's hard enough for your customers as it is without having to endure this inconvenience. Seriously making me reconsider ordering anything in the future. Suggest informing packing department of clientel.
