"Great service up to this point (signed on a week ago)"

We needed a company to help with the overflow calls. AnswerForce was able to start taking on calls within 24 hours, and help field some of our inbound calls. The messages that we receive through AnswerForce give us more than enough information, and shows us that we were missing more calls than we thought.

"Not always trustworthy"

When we first signed up we were very pleased. Over the past couple of months we have seen some various issues that have caused concern. Our phone has been answered using the wrong name, A and B Heating instead of A2Z Heating and Plumbing. A thick accent not easily understood. Not patching calls through to on call technician that should have been. Resulted in 2 lost customers.

"Extreme Lack of Communication"

During the sales process responses were timely and my rep was a active. Currently during the set up and porting process the rep has missed every scheduled call and getting him or another customer service rep on the phone that actually has answers is like pulling teeth. If we weren't so far into this process I would find another company to do business with.
