The customer service was slow and billing- literally every month was wrong....our messages are frequently handled incorrectly. The plus to this company is the custom options and that they do TRY to help fix problems....they just don't actually get fixed.

They can capture call in orders for us as we have a rather simple product offering and this has a very clear advantage for us. We have asked customers what they thought of our phone support and got very positive feedback.

There are still issues, we are closed on the weekends and the only orders that are suppose to be taken is for the next business day. But your operators are still taking orders on weekends, two Saturdays ago a message for a pickup was taken.
Also the spelling has been off on a few occasions and at times the address is not complete.
