We have been very impressed with the customer service provided by Custom Neon. We made adaptations to our design, and they were happy to accommodate these and provide revised drawings and prices. Now that the sign is up, it is making a good impact, and has become a talking point!

Helpful team. Sign was delivered ahead of schedule. Only concern was where the sign was made, China. I thought it was a UK Company.

I told my assistant to order a sign for our revamped breakroom and it was horrible quality and came slightly damaged. I actually told her specifically not to use this company due to the bad reviews but she misheard me. After a series of emails from my accounts manager trying to get a replacement he was essentially told that because we couldn’t prove we didn’t break it (huh???) they would not replace it. I have since looked over the emails and they are incredibly rude and condescending. I ended up ordering from somewhere else and it was perfect and arrived so quickly! It is everything this company isn’t.

This was a few months ago and I don’t have the details they are asking for below…so watch them say “We don’t have records of you being a customer”
