Terrible Interview Experience at Asiatech

I recently interviewed for an SEO Executive position at Asiatech, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences of my career. The interview was conducted by Vibhuti, the Digital Marketing Manager, who seemed incredibly unqualified for his role. Despite my 2+ years of experience in SEO, he asked irrelevant questions like, "Do you know how to repair a computer?" and "Can you install software?" I was baffled – am I applying for a technical support position or an SEO role? His lack of understanding of the job requirements was astounding.

What made the situation even worse was the discriminatory behavior I noticed. It felt like he was judging candidates based on religion, which made the atmosphere toxic and unprofessional. With a manager like this, I can only imagine the type of culture fostered within the company.

Asiatech should seriously reconsider who they allow to represent them in interviews, as this was a truly disappointing experience. I would not recommend anyone to interview there.
