Good website giving detailed information of products and product sizing (the latter an essential when it comes to Barbour). Free and very speedy delivery; indeed, I even received two texts, which ensured I had live-time delivery information.
Also, the offer of a £2.50 returns label - including insurance - provides strong value. Put differently, I ordered two sizes and returned the one not needed, knowing this approach was both inexpensive and secure.
All in all, I think Smith & Morris are excellent , and I'm eager to use them again and happy to recommend them to other prospective customers.
