Firstly id like to say it would be nice to have free delivery on purchases over £100.even joules is only a £1 delivery .The first Barbour jacket I accidentally clicked the wrong colour.so that cost me £8 to return tracked.Then the correct one came and there was a fault several pulls in the arm of the jacket and for Barbour and paying over £100 for it I didn't expect that.So it cost me another £8.25 to return,I will like to thank you for refunding postage and jacket money very speedy and happy with service, just disappointed with Barbour quality.
