The quality is very good for the price we paid and delivery was quick and easy, we were informed by the courier company of a delivery time and it was kept to. Very pleased with my first purchase from Radiator King. The radiator arrived on time, it was well packed, as commented by the fitter, who said that some companies products get damaged in transit through poor packing. My contact with the companies customer service was very helpful, prompt reply and polite. I shall be replacing more radiators and fully intend to purchase from Radiator King. The fitter also pointed out when I was searching online, that there was much more technical info on Radiator King website, than a lot of other websites
