Great selection of products at competitive prices all delivered on time. I had cause to speak to Ashley due to a problem with one of my orders and I have to say what a nice regular guy and he resolved my problem (and then some) immediately. So I can add great customer service to the list. Well deserved 5 stars and will absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience.. I needed a refund.. and after days of (email only) communication I was only partially refunded and wasn't even told it wouldn't be refunded in full.. i just noticed it in my PayPal account.
Considering I was a loyal customer I found this totally unacceptable. So 1 star for this company and no more orders from me, friends and family. No big loss for me plenty more e juice companies doing the same and doing it better.
