A totally horrible experience. They took my money promising one carrier, sent by another cheaper one. Then they sent my parcel to wrong country, got it back to UK, sent it to my country buy couldn't say to which city. They don't reply to emails, do not like to help customers waiting for 6 weeks for a 2 week delivery. Each step that went wrong took 5 working days to acknowledge, another 5 days to rectify.

In the end I named and shamed them on large social media forums, and eventually got my money back. Few weeks of my life which I would rather forget.
