My husband bought me 2 Jerseys from Elevermint for Christmas. He bought a large and I wear a medium. Both were to small. We tried to return them and never got a return label or a refund. Not made well either. I gave them to my 13 and 7 year old granddaughters. They're both tiny. I'll never buy from them again.

Ordered a Christmas present mid November. Arrived late January. Excuse after excuse when I'd check on the shipment. Never again.

I ordered in November for XMAS. The item ordered was never received. When I asked for a refund, another item was sent that did not fit (3 weeks later) . I was told the item could not be returned or refunded, their clothing runs small.

"They took forever to ship"

They took forever to ship, I thought the store was based in Tempe and instead and a made in china product. I had to wait two mo the for the item, which was supposed to arrive by Christmas. Once I Steve’s the item, it is of the lowest quality. The interior tag is peeling, there are loose threads all over the item. It’s just an incredibly low quality item, especially for paying upwards to 60 dollars, on SALE.

I did finally get the item that I ordered on November 23 as a Christmas gift, today. The jersey is exactly as I had hoped and my husband loved it. Emailing with this company was positive, they always responded within a day of my questions. I also had a product stall in New York before Christmas thinking it would be here but it is what it is. They made it right and for that I am grateful, so is my husband because he thought I got scammed on his Christmas gift. The best thing I can say is that when dealing with people you place an order with online, expect things to not go perfectly. We live in a world where everyone wants everything now.

Don’t order from this company. I ordered a jersey and never received it. Tracking info scan in NY for many weeks. I emailed company asking for refund and they did give me a refund for merchandise but not for shipping cost. I don’t recommend this store!

I specifically asked if their merchandise came from us or china. They said us. Guaranteed shipping 2 days after placing order. 78 for jersey which i oredered on 11-18. Received it jan 13. I ended ordering from Fanatics for same jersey. Christmas present. The color is wrong quality of the jersey is thin. I will never order from this company. Very disappointed

"This company is an absolute scam"

This company is an absolute scam. They send you knock off jerseys that look like they were from the reject pile. The seams arent even cut evenly and not sewed down all the way. Customer service is horrible and they will steal your money. Please do not buy from this company spend the extra couple dollars for a real jersey mine is going into the trash.

My jersey also has been sitting in Jamaica since mid Dec. They also say it's ok, it's coming. I saw one person say they found out it was confiscated for fake postage. How did you find that out? I'm filing fraud in 2 days if I don't have accurate info and real answers from the company
