"FRAUDULENT COMPANY? LONG SHIPMENT DELAY!!"

I ordered two customized jerseys from this website on November 24th, 2023. I ordered them ahead of time, hoping that they would arrive by Christmas since I bought them as gifts for my brothers. The website had advertised that the delivery time would take between 12-17 business days from the date the order was placed. It seemed like a long shipping time, but I was still willing to wait because I had ordered them early enough before Christmas. I received an email stating it had "shipped" but upon looking at the tracking details, it was said to be stuck in Jamaica, NY for God knows how long. Everyday, the shipment time also increases - it's ridiculous. 17 days later, I still haven't received my item, and I looked up reviews on this company only to find fake good reviews. I know they were fake because there had been repeat names and repeat reviews. I decided to dispute a transaction with my bank in hopes I could get some sort of refund back. Update from today (1/10/24): I haven't heard from my bank yet as they're reviewing it, I'm sure, but to my surprise, I received one out of two of the jerseys I had ordered today in the mail. The quality is not the best as there were some loose hems in the jersey and the material itself wasn't very jersey-like. I repeat that I also only received ONE out of TWO that I ordered, even after waiting for so long. I've emailed their customer service, who I'm sure won't reply in a timely manner. I'm only hoping my bank looks out for me.

I have ordered many jerseys and ordered a Youth Large, which in all my other Adidas jerseys is a 13-14. They claim a Large is 8-9 with a 2XL being 12-13 and a 13-14 not being an actual size. There is no size chart on the item site and they refuse the return but if I wanted to exchange for the correct size it would cost $50 MORE!!! They are a scam company. Stay far away!!!

Ordered a Jersey from them at the end of November and it never came. Their emails just kept putting me off saying it was being shipped. Eventually I canceled the order and they said they would refund me. Of course that hasn't happened either. Do not buy from the store!!!!

Buyer Beware! Elevermint sent me a jersey that is not at all true to size and when I contacted them about a refund/replacement, they stopped responding to my numerous emails. Highly suspicious. Very suspect business practices. Order your items from a legitimate sports store! Not worth the hassle.

I would like to have given 0 stars. I ordered a 3xl jersey for my husband. Too small he has a 45 inch chest this is suppose to fit 56 inch. Plus quality is not good Buyer beware I put in a dispute charge with my credit card company. I believed this store to be somewhere in the US, I was wrong. Buyer beware Save your $$!!

As of right now, there score is a 1 star! I ordered my husband’s jersey mid November and I am still waiting and Christmas is over! I could not track my order because I never received an email with my tracking number and you can’t track from your order number! I contacted this company and said I haven’t received any information and was turning them into the BBB and reporting this to my bank for a fraudulent transaction! Can you believe they sent me an email with my tracking number information and that “status update” hasn’t changed in 3 weeks. It’s been sitting in Jamaica, NY. WHERE IS MY ORDER!!! I will NEVER order from this company ever again!!!

Be careful when ordering jerseys for youth. Company sizes don't conform with usually accepted sizes. We ordered a youth large for our 12 year old grandson. Jersey wouldn't fit a six year old. We sent pictures with measured jersey. They said it conformed to their size chart. Refused to refund or replace.

I would like to modify/retract much of my previous review. I finally received a 97% refund a month after pacing my order. Still not a great experience to be out any money at all and not receive the merchandise at all, let alone in time for Christmas. The merchandise was confiscated by the US Postal Service due to counterfeit postage.
