"Absolute Terrible service… avoid them at all costs!!!"

Absolute terrible customer service. An order was placed by mistake and after contacting the company just a few hours later I was told they couldn’t stop or change the order. At this time the order had not been processed or had it been shipped to me. No shipping confirmation email was sent to me to confirm anything had been shipped.

I asked could the order be cancelled. The customer service representative Aryn said it couldn’t be done and was very unhelpful. All it needed was a phone call to another member in the team to cancel the order, something most companies wouldn’t hesitate to do for a customer with an incorrect order. He explained the items would need to be sent to me and then I would need to return it back to them, wasting both time and money for both parties.

The item arrived was delivered and not signed for by me but another person in my house which was then opened due to the name being incorrect on the parcel, which was very embarrassing. I have now had to send the parcel straight back for a refund am I am awaiting a reply. Aryn didn’t want to help me in anyway and was very dismissive about my order. This process has been a nightmare start to finish. I will never order anything from this company again. Avoid them at all costs guys!!!!

"Never Had a Better Experience..."

Never had a better experience in a store like this before - the person who wore a fisherman beanie, kind smile and fabulous purple nails assisting with my purchases was extremely knowledgeable about all the products I was interested in and showed a tremendous amount of compassion and empathy when I mentioned that I'm a recovering addict who was potentially wanting to purchase poppers (safe to say, I didn't purchase them) Definitely going to be visiting again and love the team dynamic - a lot of laughs had together with the great staff and can't wait for my next visit!

"Poor Customer Service and no understanding!!!!"

Hi, I been a regular customer with Regulation for years and sadly today I experienced a poorly customer service! I was lucky to receive 2 gift vouchers for my birthday last month total £35 from my friend. I then had a 15% discount code emailed to me from Regulation. So I went online to use my discount code towards a rubber suit and in check out was looking forward to spend my 2 gift voucher worth £35 and rest pay with my credit card. But the Regulation website does not allow you to pay with gift voucher after you received a discount code. So I contacted customer service as was thinking easy for them to sort out. But Aryn I spoke to was not helpful or understanding at all!!! Kept telling me nothing he can do!!! This is shocking as a gift voucher is a payment option! I will honestly stop shopping with Regulation if no one can sort this out for me and I will tell all my friends to stop buying vouchers from Regulation! A simple thing like this could easily been sorted out and some understand from customer service would had been appreciated!!! Kim
