SSE have now outsourced their boiler servicing to the Terry Healy Group and it's near my end of the city. The company were extremely swift at arranging to install a new boiler and complete it before my catarct op, for which I am so grateful since I had been without heating and hot water for just over a week.
All the engineers, sales people and office staff have been extremely patient and helpful, especially since every new system works differently. For me it has been somewhay complicated since I couldn't study instructions to begin with because my eye was still sore from the op and you are not supposed to bend your head. An engineer was kind enough to come out again and go over the computerised timer with me.

Great service. Booked and carried out within 2 days. Work needing done was completed on the day in addition to the service to save me having to wait in for another tradesman another day.
Invoice sent quickly very efficient.
My only very small criticism would be that the online system allows you to select a specific time and when this was followed up by a phone call the times were morning or afternoon. I had a school pick up but there was a note added to the file to say that I would get a call in advance to make sure that I could collect my child from school.

No complaints about the work done, and the engineers were friendly, dilligent and tidy about their work. However, on two successive occasions, an engineer arrived not being clear as to the work he was to do.

Adrian came and did the annual service on our boiler. He identified a part in the system that needed replaced, arranged for the replacement part and came back to fit it 2 days later. Adrian was very helpful, professional and efficient. Really happy with the service that we received.
