We finished our entire bottles of ACV capsules before reviewing this product. We take one pill at night after a meal and can definitely tell from day one that it has helped with digestion. We will continue to use this product.

This product is amazing. I compared it to regular used cinnamon and it's lighter but seems to have a stronger flavor. I haven't gotten blood when for my A1c but I'm curious to see them.
