Ordered a Vype epod kit on 24/10/24 and when it arrived it would not charge. I contacted Customer Service and advised them of this and that the manufacturing date on the box read SEP 19. I suggested that the battery had probably degenerated as the kit was 5 years old. I was advised to return the kit so that it could be checked and, if necessary, replaced. Replacement kit arrived today, 09/11/24 and yet again is failing to charge. This time the manufacturing date reads Dec 19. Another 5 year old piece of equipment. So disgusted that I went to a local vape shop and purchased an entirely different kit. So much for trying to quit smoking via Vape Mountain. I will suffer the £26 odd loss rather than the hassle and inconvenience which would want you start smoking again!! I wish to state that Molly from the Customer Care Department was amazing throughout the process
