"Westerly HS"

Mark, our tour guide was wonderful from start to finish! Most of the events were great. The dinner on the first night was not great however. I would not recommend that again.
I was disappointed in how much the Carnaval activities have been scaled back. So next time I think we would definitely need less time there. Mark was great to make suggestions when we had to make changes to our itinerary based on the weather.

"Kathleen was phenomenal"

Kathleen was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to accommodate our groups’ needs and interests! The restaurants were delicious & so well organized. The experience for our girls was wonderful and the highlight was meeting their pen pals.

Paul, our driver, was the absolute best! He was careful, helpful, entertaining, cheerful, and caring. We all have wonderful memories of singing, playing music, and learning with Paul.

Valerie went to extra effort to arrange us dog sledding at the last minute, when i realized it had been deleted with the final itinerary! It was a definite highlight!

The tour guide was very kind and engaging. The activities were a lot of fun and I got to explore many places in the city I visited.

"outstanding tour guide"

over the course of my trip i had stomach issues. my teachers and parents worked to get me to a local hospital. our tour guide did an outstanding job helping me, and my teachers, throughout this event. he got up and drove to the hotel very early in the morning, made many phone calls while locating the closest, and quickest, ER option, he came with us in the taxi to the ER, he went out of his way to come inside of the hospital and stay with us until we were checked in. the guide even paid the hospital bill up-front. he then made sure we had safe accommodations back to our hotel and even scheduled air-flights (back home) for my parents. the guide on our trip went above and beyond for me. i was extremely grateful to have a guide like him on my trip.

We didn’t have time to eat food and barely any time at the carnival. We needed an extra day or at least less tours or less tour time because we weren’t able to eat
