"The entire trip was excellent"

The entire trip was excellent. We all loved Sylvie our tour guide and Prometour did an excellent job selecting a program catered especially to the needs of our students. Everyone had so much fun and learned so much on this great trip. Merci mille fois Prometour!!

I felt the communication was lacking. Things we were told in the beginning changed. Had I known how disorganized this trip was going to be, we would have gone a different route.

My daughter really bonded with the tour guide and it enhanced an already wonderful experience!

"Not the trip for someone with celiac"

My daughter enjoyed the itinerary and the guide who worked with her group, but the food was not acceptable. She has celiac disease and we were told this would not be a problem, it was. She did not receive a meal on the flight over and then was given very few options once in France. The meals she received were very bland and repetitive. It’s a shame that she and her classmate who is also gluten free were unable to enjoy their meals.

"Amazing Costa Rica Cultural Experience"

Our tour guide, Max and our driver went out of their way to make our trip safe and enjoyable. I enjoyed learning about the banana, coffee, coca, and pineapple plantations. The water fall and volcano were amazing. The cooking experiences lacked the cultural element and hands on component.

"Buyer beware"

Buyer beware: the price can change at any time. They want a $35 fee to pay a $30 bill. I will also add that they tried to get this review taken down by claiming it was against Trust Pilot guidelines. Again, we were paid in full a month ago, and then all of a sudden, we and other parents owed another $30. Any alternative way to pay would have also incurred charges. Prometour set a price, which we paid in full, but then, with one month before the trip, Prometour changed that price and we were no longer paid in full.
