"We fell in love with Quebec"

We fell in love with Quebec! My 16 year old daughter and I went on the trip and it exceeded our expectations. The art, the architecture, the history…I felt like we got a thorough experience.
Our guide , Sylvie was a delight! She was friendly, knowledgeable and we could feel the love she has for her city and province. She also loves her language and has inspired me to learn French.
Overall, we can’t speak highly enough of our experience and have recommended to all of our friends that they should get their passports and visit Quebec!

Our hotel locations and restaurants were excellent. Our guide Emma went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. She thought of every small detail to make our kids see and enjoy the beauty of France. Her knowledge of moving a group of 17 through Paris when everything was chaotic because of the preparations for the Olympics was stellar. A wonderful trip to remember.

Tour guide was amazing. She was thoughtful, kind and generous. The people helping pre-trip were incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and happy. Only negative- I don’t think everyone understood just how much walking we would be doing. Us Americans can’t keep up with the Parisians.

Our tour and tour guide, Martine, was awesome! I don’t think I would have seen as much of Paris as I did if I had to plan things out myself.

Our tour guide, Martine was amazing. She led us around the city all week and taught the kids how to read the subway signs to know where to go.
If our group was running behind (hard to organize 28 people) she was able to adjust the schedule to fit everything in.
Stricter meeting times would have been helpful. A full day's review of the itinerary and when/where meals are would have been helpful. Also asking everyone to do bathroom breaks on their own time would have saved the group from waiting.

"My daughter loved going to France and…"

My daughter loved going to France and saw so much. She however was disappointed in not getting to go into the Eiffel Tower, not seeing the Mona Lisa and especially the food choices made by the guide.

Our tour director Carlos was awesome, as were the bus drivers we had throughout the week.

Prometour could have done a better job of explaining the itinerary and packing needs. The caves were quite unsafe, trudging through filthy water with bat droppings. The clothing worn in the caves should have been thrown out and we were not well prepared from the generic packing list given by Prometour. Several of our students are currently very sick with unknown viruses (fever, chills, intestinal issues, numbness). It was an incredibly active itinerary with a lot of climbing (multiple climbing activities per day) that was not evident from the description. It seemed as though Prometour didn’t know much about what we would be doing. I had to inquire about travel consent forms at the last minute which was never mentioned to me ahead of time.

Everyone at Prometour is helpful and knowledgeable. Our trip was wonderfully planned and executed. Will definitely use again.
