"Netherlands adventure"

Emmeline our guide was the most wonderful person. She was knowledgeable, humorous, organized, and considerate of our whole travel group.
Also, the daily plans were amazing and perfectly planned so we could get everything done in the time we had. The transportation and drivers were excellent and personable. I'd recommend Prometour to others.

"I thought everything was great until…"

I thought everything was great until our return trip. Half of the tour group were denied boarding to flight 5256 from Detroit to Pittsburgh. We were told our boarding passes were invalid. Although one agent tried to fix the situation; we had to get on a later flight.
I never receive a plausible explanation but it was implied the owness was on the tour company
I personally think it was Delta’s screw up.
We were treated with disrespect and dismissing attitude

We had a wonderful trip thanks to Debbie & Robin. Our tour guide Emmaline Prior was outstanding . She took care of our travel needs & was very personable. We were called by our names which was.nice . Enjoyed the amount of free time we were given to explore on our own.We had some awesome adventures. This was my 7th trip using Prometour & I’m looking forward to the next one!

"Jersey heads to ESPANA"

The tour guide selected was filled with so much information. He made us feel right at home and all the students loved his presentations and engagement with the group. The places we visited were just right for the group. They loved the diversity in cities and the history behind it. The accommodations we had were clean, safe and roomie enough for all there. The persona who greeted us at the airport was wonderful and waited with us until we were able to go through the gate. This company adds the personal touch which is why we come back every year!

"Our trip and guide were amazing"

Our trip and guide were amazing. The only reason that I gave a 4/5 star is in regards to meals. The meals were great for us adults but I think with picky teenagers, a selection between 2 meals would have been better. The students indicated if they had allergies or the like, but some were just picky and hardly ate anything. If they had a choice between 2 items, it would of decreased the odds of not liking something. Also the first hotel had an EXTREMELY tiny bathroom and shower. It was very hard to even turn around in the shower.

"Our tour guide"

Our tour guide, Sylive, made all the difference. We were a small group, and she was able to adjust things according to the weather, fatigue level of the group, etc. She provided excellent driving and parking information for the bus driver. She treated the students with respect and warmth. She truly encouraged and validated their efforts at speaking French. It is a trip that they will remember for a lifetime. The interactive experiences were also a highlight as well as the shopping in Underground City in Montreal and Rue St Paul in Quebec City. The students also loved the maple taffy!

"Max and Chico are the best "

I loved our tour guide Max and our bus driver Chico couldn’t have been better. I honestly think we hit the jackpot for tour guides and am so happy we did. I loved every activity we did throughout our trip. I will say though more downtime at the hotel would’ve been nice though. Some time to relax instead of just go go go would’ve been nice. That being said though everything else was absolutely amazing and I can’t tell you enough how great both Max and Chico were throughout
