"Trip to Quebec City "

This year, our grade 10 students went to Quebec city and had a great time. The trip was very well organized by Prometour! Our touristic guide Katia was amazing as she was experienced and knowlegeable. She was very well prepared. The bus company was on time and very professional. Finally, Prometour was very helpful in preparing the trip to Quebec City! They adapted to every request we had. I recommend Prometour for every trip plannig.

"Poor hotel room and food quality "

Food choices that were asked for were not received. Was forced to eat a fish dinner as no other options were available. The tour bus driver was not always available for local visits and we had to walk more than expected. Hotel room was musty and not in great shape. Sights in the city were great but for the money spent, the tour offerings were not a great value. Will not likely use this service again.
