"Useless don't waste your time "

Bought two items for around £70 and one was a pair of shoes. They were too small even though I ordered a size larger than I am. Anyway sent them back and did it by recorded delivery.

Waited weeks for a response and they have said they don't have the shoes. Even though the post office proved they received them and they were signed for on delivery. Totally useless one shop blaming the warehouse and the refund department never getting back like they have forgotten. I have sent proof of purchase and the post office receipt . Called many times . It has been over 5 weeks I could have walked there to pick them up at this rate. Totally useless, beware of doing a return here even if it's recorded delivery. It's like the chuckle brothers are running the business online.

Also I used these guys regularly in the past. Never again. looks like I have lost the purchase of a new pair of MTB shoes and through no fault of my own but totally to their own incompetence . Take heed.

Very pleased with the quality of the bike and the gears and brakes were set up faultlessly by Tredz - love it!

I bought the wrong size and it was easy to return the gloves and buy a larger size.
Disappointed they charged me £3.00 for the pleasure of swapping sizes even though i paid for the return postage
