My Mother is absolutely delighted with her new walk in shower. Fabulous job, fitted quickly with no mess and to perfection, installers were brilliant, such professionals. Would highly recommend.

The initial installation of bathroom was excellent apart from waiting 5 weeks for a working wash basin . Also at this 5 week interval our hall carpet was soaked & all the floorboards were wet through. The electrician/ plumber went above & beyond to locate the leak & also went out & bought handles for the vanity unit which had not been fitted. He located the leak on the pipework dripping every 10 seconds . Which it had been since installation 5 weeks previous so obviously had not been checked for leaks as in their terms and conditions nor the installation sign off check list number 19 . I recorded my complaint to managing director and deducted £55 10% for poor or faulty service . I also said due to their alleged breach of contract under several items in their terms & conditions , they should obtain the remaining outstanding payment of £1000 from the installers as I had no contract with them ,but they had. Due to their negligence in failing to check for leaks . The Plumber/electrician who came to fit the pump to the pipework of the wash basin was efficient & as far as we know there was no leaks & we had a working wash basin at last . On return from holiday however we found again water coming up through the floor boards and the wask basin cabinet also wet . Been leaking a while as rust mark in bottom of cabinet . At this time we received a letter from the accounts department saying we owed them £1055 outstanding more than 90 days & unless this sum was paid they would take legal action against us & place the debt with a debt recovery company. We had the bath fitted as my wife was diagnosed with dementia in March 2021 she is 78 me 83 . We could well do without the additional stress & anxiety also the intimidating letter . Especially as we still haven't had our legal requirements met by this company due to their negligence all well documented & photographs of latest leak/s . I replied to accounts telling them their right hand didn't know what their left hand was doing , as it was well documented that I was not going to pay the £1055 because of the breach of contract under their terms and conditions. And the installation check list which forms part of the contract had not been completed or signed off. This is appalling behaviour from a so called reputable company that has ignored all their incompetence & negligence causing us a lot of stress especially two elderly people who expected the company to put this right . Disgraceful .

Very satisfied with my walk in bath. Lucian did an excellent job , never chipped one tile removing old bath.! Always pleasant and helpful. When talking to company on phone everyone was helpful. Would recommend this company.

"The fitters make the difference"

The fitters, Darren and Andy, were efficient and very pleasant. They removed the bath and fitted the new shower in two days. The workmanship was excellent and the results fantastic. This has made life so much easier being able to bathe without the need for assistance. Highly recommended.

"From start to finish the people I dealt…"

From start to finish the people I dealt with were polite and listened to what I wanted. They gave me time to think about what I wanted doing and didn't pressurise me in any way. They came at the time they said they would to give me a quote for my bathroom and explained everything in detail. The Two fitters that came to install my new bathroom were punctual and made sure everything was cleaned up when they finished work for the day. They never stopped from arriving to finishing and I was amazed that they got my new bathroom fitted in just three days. They have done an amazing job and I can't thank them enough.
I've only had my new walk in shower for just over two weeks now but it has made such a difference to me

everything about this company is top notch. the quality of their products, the service, and the fitter JOHN was first-rate. i would warmly recommend this company to family and friends. "This company is the worse company ever…"

This company is the worse company ever customer service is very poor they never call you back unless its for money they lie to you and the workmen ship is bad they said there will come to my oor and guess what they didn't co.e so again they lied would never use this company again

"Not Happy"

Somebody came to measure up for a new shower cubicle in my husband's bathroom on March 7th there was no panelling that matched what we already had, so he recommended a grey colour that would blend in. When he told us the price I was flabbergasted, but my husband agreed to it so I paid him the first part of the money. He said it would be about six weeks to the start date. A man came to start the work on April 25th, the first day he fitted the shower cubicle, put the panelling on then refit our own electric shower, and our own fan, which after it had been refitted didn't work. The grey panelling didn't match at all, it looked awful. He came back the next day to finish off, grab rails etc. Then he was going to fit the flooring, but there wasn't enough to do the whole floor, so he rang the company to tell them and they said they would order some more straight away. The rubbish from the job was left in the front garden and he said someone would come to remove it in the next couple of days, it didn't happen. I waited a couple of weeks and nothing had happened, so I rang them, they said the flooring hadn't been ordered, but said they would order it straight away. I waited another couple of week's and rang again, the chap I spoke to said it hadn't been delivered, then he said, oh wait a minute I can see it now, so he said he would arrange for someone to come and fit it. then somebody rang and asked for the final payment, because the job was finished, I told her the job wasn't finished, that the flooring hadn't been fitted, and there was still the rubbish in my front garden. She said she would arrange for someone to move it, but it was the Jubilee weekend, so it would have to be the following Tuesday. The man came to fit the flooring on June 2nd, when he got to our house he said he had been told it was a certain kind of flooring that needed no adhesive, but it did need adhesive and he didn't have any with him. He finally came on Sunday June 5th and did the remainder of the job. The lady rang again to ask for the final payment, but I told her again that the fan hadn't been replaced. By this time I was really fed up, so I rang and spoke to the managing director, and he said he would arrange for someone to fit a new fan. While I was on the phone I told him exactly what I thought of his company, and that I didn't even like the way the bathroom looked. The job was finally finished on June 29th when a lovely man came and
fitted the new fan.
I would not recommend this company to anybody, I think we were charged far too much for the work that has been done. I know the price was agreed in the beginning, but it was my husband that agreed to it, if it had been my choice I would have said no, but it is too late now, it took from March to the end of June to do a job that should have been finished in two days.
ALL I CAN SAY NOW IS DISGUSTED. Yes you did speak to me about this shower fitting, the job is finished at last, but that does not change the fact that overall I am not happy with the work that was done, you rang to ask for the final payment which I paid, you asked if all the work had been finished, which it had, but you didn't ask if I was happy with the work. I am not happy, I think the bathroom looks awful and the length of time it took to complete was ridiculous, and still mean everything I said in the first review.
