My review is delayed because the muck was- the original order had somehow vanished - it never arrived. Nevertheless they get 5 stars because I think the quality of an organisation only really shows when things go wrong. And they were great - no argument - politely and speedily they rushed the replacement order through. The palletways driver was also wonderful and helped us load the sacks into our car for the inaccessible bit of the trip.

I have used Mr Mucks for at least 10 years and I have never been let down. The manure is of excellent quality. However this time I have noticed that the company they have used to deliver the 40 sacks of manure did not have a high up equipment in the lorry to lift the crate above the main gate of our garden so they left the crate outside the gate. It was not too much of a problem as we live in a safe neighbourhood.

Mr.Muck organic compost is an excellent soil conditioner and mulch which I have used for a number of years in York. When I moved to London a year ago I was delighted to learn that Mr. Muck now delivers Nation Wide. So I put in an order on line for twenty 40l bags. The delivery personnel kept me informed of the progress every step of the way and deposited the pallet of bags where I wanted. Nothing could be easier or better. The delivery person was very courteous and polite.
