We have had several batches of compost from Mr Muck. The compost itself is excellent, better than the 'sheds' or garden centres. However, the carrier they use (Palletline?), while friendly enough, there are always problems; pallets breaking, load too heavy for their pallet trucks, etc. Mr Muck make the common business error of not understanding that less than satisfactory carriers reflects on them.

Regarding customer service, my only comment was that when I received an 'automatic phone call' regarding which day I wanted delivery, as an 82 year old customer, I could not uinderstand a word of the automatic message. I was pleased that when I phoned the office they very kindly sorted it for me.
Apart from the above, customer service was very good.
