I’ve been using Winona since February 4th, 2025 and have noticed a big improvement in my mood swings and anxiety, which were 2 of my biggest issues. Libido has increased some but not like it used to be. The doctor is increasing my estrogen/progesterone cream for my refill to see if it helps. I also really like the Estriol/Tretinoin face gel. That along with the other products have significantly improved my dull skin and texture. Also my periods have been so much better than before! No more acting like a crazy lady leading up to the day of. I haven’t had crippling cramps and back pain since I’ve started Winona either, which is such a blessing! So far I’m very glad I FINALLY took the leap of faith and signed up! You don’t realize all these random crazy symptoms that keep sneaking up on you, chipping away at your mental/physical health and happiness until you feel completely overwhelmed and blindsided! I always thought menopause was hot flashes and moodiness that started sometime in your 50’s. I never heard of perimenopause when I was younger and thought there was no way I could be entering it at 43! But here we are! So I’m going to refill my meds for another 3 months and hope I continue to improve with all my symptoms!

Winona has been a blessing to me when it came to helping me with the symptoms from menopause. I was having hot flashes constantly all day long. Ugh!!! I was matched with a doctor and he helped to find me the best treatment according to my symptoms. All I can say is thank you so much! So far so good! Been using the estrogen/progesterone cream for about a month. My horrible brain fog lifted within 24hrs of my first dose. Decreased hot flashes in a few days. I’m SLEEPING every night all night!! My vaginal/urinary tract ‘tight feeling’ dissipated. I’ve noticed an overall improvement in my general mood. My skin looks great. I feel happier and lighter all around. The weight has not come off at all. And I feel that in fact there’s a bit more weight around my middle. But I feel confident that this will resolve in time with more exercise maybe? Not sure yet. But overall I’m very happy. :)

My first exposure to this company was simply scrolling through social media. I had no idea that I was going through perimenopause until the symptoms were thrown in my face. It was so easy to fill out their survey, make an appointment with a MD and get the appropriate treatment. And to make everything even better, their products actually work. Cancelled subscription but was still charged for the meds that I did not want or request. Dr. ordered for me w out my consent. I had to cancel meds as well as subscription. Now I see that I was just charged for ANOTHER month! How about cancelling me please!!!!
