I am going to ring Autoglym tomorrow about returning it.

Having recently purchased a range of Autoglym car cleaning products, I tried the Advanced All Wheel Cleaner. This proved to be a quality product, achieving what I was hoping for. [The results were amazing]. Frustratingly, however, there was a problem with the product being dispensed from the bottle so I contacted Autoglym's customer service department. The lady I spoke with was courteous and helpful throughout and quickly offered a reason as to why I may have experienced the problem. This was confirmed the next day, with a solution being provided. The Autoglym customer service department resolved my issue not only to my satisfaction but beyond my expectation and I have no hesitation in giving a 5* rating. Their Polar Series Snow Foams range is pretty amazing too.
