I had Autoglym Lifeshine applied to my car (interior and exterior) by the dealer (Sytner) when I bought it 11 months ago. The ivory coloured driver's seat got dirty over time (dye transfer from my jeans) so I called Autoglym to ask how best to clean it. They were incredibly helpful. After sending some photos to Kat at Lifeshine, she arranged for an Autoglym technician to come and look at my car. Karl arrived this morning and completely resolved the problem. He cleaned the seat with the appropriate Autoglym product, gave me advice and the products to use to clean it in future and re-applied the Lifeshine product to the seat. It looks like new. This is a great product backed by a business that really understands and cares about customer service. They have been a pleasure to deal with. I am now a customer for life. Amazing.
