"This is a scam"

This is a scam. I mailed them my phone. They acknowledged receiving it and then went radio silent on me. No updates. When I call, a local store they can't help. All the stores are in California. I plan on reporting them to the Consumer Affairs agency there.

GT offered me a certain price for my iPhone 12 and paid for postage for me to send the iPhone. After they received I got an email stating there was damage and offered a lot less than the promised price. Therefore I clicked in the email to return the iPhone since Apple offered me more, though not as much as GT. Shortly thereafter I received a voice mail from them to discuss. I called back and spoke to Joe who said he was the owner. He inspected the iPhone while on the call, said it looked OK and offered me the original price. I received an email that a check would be forthcoming in 7-10 days. It took 2 weeks but I received the check so everything worked out.

Well there were some issues I faced through the process but in the end the owner of the company actually spoke with me on this. He straightened things out even went above and beyond to make things right, and I got payment within a week.

If I had anything to say for improvement would be a better tracking program through each step.

They are legit and good people. Plus paid more than anyone else.
