"slick user experience"

Pleasantly surprised at how slick the user interface is on the Netgem Netbox. I do have a smart TV but it's painfully slow to navigate and can be frustrating to use. I tend to watch a lot of content on Amazon prime and the improved usability I get through Netgem TV is a big help for me, particularly the ability to browse films and TV shows on the app and cast them to my TV rather than mess about scrolling screens on my remote.

For me the app selection is perfect and I'm excited to see what more Netgem comes up with in the future. 5/5 very happy customer :)

easy access to replays with freeviewplay and lot of content in netgem.tv for a very cheap price. Only drawback is lack of netflix.

netgem.tv is full of surprises... the way you can discover new shows is really cool, as you don’t need to go in and out each app to find stuff you like. It’s personalised and the reco push is pretty accurate. Would be happy to recommend it to friends!

Fantastic TV, simple, lots of choice, and great quality of customer service (I had to reset my box for my new Wifi router and the Online chat agents were super helpful).
