They have a number of local, well informed engineers who are a genuine delight to have in the house. They talk through what they are going to do, are doing and will do to make sure whatever their task is, from services to total boiler failure is absolutely clear to me. Respectful of our space and time whilst they work and when we have needed their out of hours they turn up with a smile and make sure if they can't fix it immediately that we have what we need to keep going until they can resolve it.
We've used Gregor Heating for 4 years for services, boiler issues, smart heating controls and underfloor heating problems with only positive results. The one time there was an issue with their service, they came back immediately with senior engineers to investigate and resolve as soon as possible, all I had to do was let them know there was a problem and they did the rest.
Today we have had a non-urgent boiler fix (It's 28 degrees and we have an immersion heater) resolved within 24hours and Billy the engineer was quick polite and as clear as everyone else.
