"The actual service was fine"

The actual service was fine, I'm just very disappointed that I was charged for the service as the unit is only one year old in a new build house , fitted by Gregor with a 2 year guarantee!
Part of the 2 year guarantee stated that I had to get it serviced after year one, I would have thought that this would have been a free service within the 2 year guarantee period

I have only recently started using the services of Gregor Heating and have been impressed by their level of responsiveness, communication, and professionalism. The engineer who came to service and repair. Our heating system was friendly, authoritative, polite and very engaging. He clearly knew his stuff and cared about providing a good service. I would highly recommend this company.

"Solar Panel installation"

We have just had solar panels and batteries installed by Gregor Heating. The whole process from initial survey to installation was professional and involved highly competent people experienced in solar installation and what would work for us. The installation by Martin, Ethan, Isaac and other members of the Gregor team proceeded as planned despite the terrible weather. All those working on the installation were polite, good humoured and informative. They took time to explain the equipment installed and how to use it and the associated apps and everything was left tidy at the end of each day and the end of the job. Thank you. If you are thinking of having solar panels installed I would recommend giving Gregor a call.

"Fixing Broken Gutters"

John Dillon of Gregor Heating and Plumbing did an excellent job fixing our broken gutters. He was polite,
knowledgeable and is a role model employee. In this
respect he is a credit to the great company he works for.
The work was undertaken to the high standards of
Gregor Heating and Plumbing with care and consideration for our new build property at all times

Heating and hot water went off and Gregory Heating sorted it almost instantly and with short notice. The engineer was very polite and professional. Thank you again

"Boiler service"

Just had our boiler serviced by a Gregor engineer. He was very friendly, polite, clean, efficient & helpful. He gave us advise to our advantage. Lovely man.

"Do Not use for anything Renewable Energy"

Awful Company - Delayed Survey - Promised Quote, 6 weeks later I had to chase for it and still not done - another 6 weeks later then told because of PV shortages they would not be taking on any installs? - Just to recap from inquiry to last phone call was over three months.

If you did not delay the survey and quote maybe this sale would have been before the PV shortage as the quote did not mention you cannot go ahead because of the PV shortage?

Again if anyone is looking for Renewables use a different Company.
