I am disappointed and frustrated with my experience regarding the return of wall lamps to the Neona Store. I returned the lamps neatly in their original packaging, as required, and paid for the return shipping myself, including track and trace. I even received a confirmation from the Neona Store that they had received the returned items. However, it has now been **two weeks**, and I still have not received my refund of **€540**!

Despite sending daily emails to follow up, I have received **no response** whatsoever. This lack of communication and disregard for customer service is completely unacceptable. I fulfilled my part of the process, and now the store is failing to uphold theirs.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, my next step will be to file a formal complaint and take legal action. This is not how it should be.
Their product are quality wise very good.
