"BEST INVESTMENT WE EVER MADE !!"

BEST INVESTMENT WE EVER MADE !!! The unit arrived as promised and the installation was easy. I followed the instructions in the user manual and I was able to put it together by myself in approximately 15-20 minutes. It is a perfect shower for my mom who is unable to get up to the second floor where her bath tub is located in her townhouse. I looked into renovating her downstairs bathroom but it was totally not affordable. The shower Bay unit was very affordable so I ordered it. Russell is the person I spoke to and he was very helpful and explained everything to me and made it easy for me to order over the phone. I highly recommend the Shower Bay Unit for anyone who needs a safe and portable shower.

When I found this product searching for a wheelchair accessible shower for myself(I have MS) I was shocked and thrilled at how structured, sturdy and complete it looked and worked when viewing it in the company's website pictures and easy thorough set-up video. Once the new shower arrived, all held true with what was portrayed in their detailed website description with measurements, specs, set-up, contact information for questions and more. Not only is the website detailed and wonderfully presented, when I called to order my new shower the representative was so pleasant, informative, thorough, patient and honest to make sure it was going to be the right choice for me before the purchase was final. The easy and self explanatory set-up was done by my 2 teenage children (with my supervision) and when the test run was done I couldn't wait to use it! After I returned home from a 3 week hospital stay, I was so happy, excited and truly blessed to see my new shower that was easily assembled in one corner of my bedroom and awaiting my arrival to be used. It is not dramatized when I say my first shower was like a dream come true because it was! I can now enjoy a shower with ease and safety; and I can independently wheel in or with my caretaker's assistance. I am so truly grateful and appreciative for all those involved in helping me to obtain/receive this remarkably engineered shower that is so perfect for me!

"Nice shower without house renovation"

I purchased this product for my mom, as she cannot get upstairs for a shower and sponge bathing was our only option. This product has helped tremendously, by avoiding a total house renovation, while also giving my mom a safe place for showering. The product was shipped very well and all pieces came wrapped securely for shipping, along with easy to follow instructions. The quality and durability of the product is impressive, as it is difficult to know that when watching videos online. Russell was a great help and really seems to care about his customers and their needs. I would highly recommend this product, along with this company, for providing a product that is durable and does exactly as advertised.
