Oh my god thank you Russell we love it! My husband has ALS and the only shower was downstairs. Took his first shower upstairs! Worked great no more dangerous steps to manage. We are grateful thank you so much . So easy to hook up and works like a charm.

Shower Bay was a perfect solution for my son-in-law personal care because is disable and need assistance. The shower was easy to put together along with watching the video for step by step instructions. It is very compact and fits very well in the small space that we had in the laundry room. We like the fact that if desire we can take it down just as easy as it went up. Very sound with no water leaks...it is a rather attractive item. He love it!!!

The excellent assembly video and user manual made it very easy.
The only problem was the clear, square plastic that goes over the carpet. It came rolled up I had to really fight it to get one end flat, put weight on it and then smooth it out and put weight on the other end. We had to leave it like that for two days for it to stay flat.

We had to take my mother up two fights of stairs to shower her. By the time she was up stairs, she was very tired and couldnt stand in the shower for long. The Shower Bay is Awesome! It took about 15 min. to put together in my mothers downstairs room. She loves it. I highly recomend the Shower Bay to anyone caring for a Senior. Also, the customer service is excellent.
