Another miss!
They rescheduled a missed collection to be done yesterday but another no-show. They are treating me with utter contempt.

Great service, always arrive on the dot and no quibble if the bin is a little overfilled. Would recommend to others

Avoid like the plague. Tried for a month or two and they constantly missed collections! We always had to chase. In the last month, all collections were missed. Money was still taken and now they are refusing to refund the cost of the bin, which never would have been ordered if we knew the service was so bad! In all this time, they haven't yet refunded me for any missed collections either
