Engineer Mark arrived on time, did an inspection on the system and discussed aspects of the system with me...he was very helpful and informative and Chrisine followed up a visit with a call to ensure that I was happy with all aspects of the visit and she was very friendly and approachable. Pleased with the service I have received from this company so far.

The staff at ESE are extremely helpful, polite and very willing to sort any query you may have. The guys who came to fit my battery were excellent, making very little mess and clearing up immediately. They were also very polite and conscientious throughout their visit. Once the job was finished, they explained clearly how the system would run and what I needed to do, even settling up the app so I could keep a check on how the battery was performing. Well done ESE an excellent job from start to finish.

"" Ghost" Management "
Broken this review down into 3 categories
1. Admin - Laura and Angie very helpful, although always looking for a TP review
2. Installation - have had 2 batteries fitted at different dates. Both times fitters very good and helpful leaving no mess.
3. Technical Support - this is where we have a problem with management. We're paying monthly maintenance fee so we thought at least we'd have good tech support. The "ghost" managers will not provide their names or direct contact details. None of them will return calls or reply to any emails
As well as the hidden management it's also difficult to contact tech guys directly. For weeks we've had an issue with the app and still waiting resolution and we have no idea if management are aware, or even care.
So be warned about lack of after service which is a pity as the rest of it seems fine.

"Appalling after sales / maintenance service AVOID"
I noticed a flashing fault on the inverter for our installed system but knew someone was coming for the annual check the following week so thought great they can look at it then. Only they came when I was out, checked the system with a neighbour who I prearranged to give them access and they said the system was fine no issues! I rang to follow up, there is no phone number to speak to after sales, a form to complete which says they will respond in 72 hours, I thought poor service but completed. Nobody contacted me so almost a week later I called again and went via sales, got put through to someone in technical who apologised and said they put through as urgent to prebookings team who would call me back to confirm when. 4 days later nothing, called again, obviously via sales as no other option .... no manager available to speak to, no complaints option, just email technical (the same one with 72 hrs that didn't respond in the first place), pushed to be told they may be able to come next month and will call to confirm. Whole time we have no solar energy or sending any to grid. For an expensive maintenance charge I would NOT recommend
