The Gentleman phoned to say that he was on his way and turned up promptly at the time specified. He was very pleasant and helpful and explained everything that was asked of him. After the service was done he explained all that he had done and then left. ESE contacted me to ask if everything went as planned. I explained that during this service visit we had no paperwork off the service engineer. It was explained to me that this has now stopped. Thank you for taking your time to explain the changes to me and we look forward to your visit next year.

Recently had the yearly inspection of solar panel and battery system. Inspection was thorough and quickly done as all was working as it should be. Had a nice chat on how to get the most profit from the system.

The engineer that called was pleasant and on time. He checked my monitors and advised tha we keep an eye on the recordings, as my panels were of an age. Any issues we had we were to contact ESE Solar.

Once up and running they were quick to help me understand. I am 78 and have limited knowledge on various apps.

ESE were easy and professional to deal with over the quotation, with good responses on technical questions. The installation process was coordinated well in advance, the date didn't slip, the install team turned up on time, and the job was completed quickly. Good job all round.

"Buyers Remorse"

I upgraded from my old system which was working, the batteries held their charge and were fully charged in nice weather by 3pm.
This new system is useless, I've wasted my money. The battery discharges immediately the panels stop working in the evening and during the day the battery never gets to full charge and the I'm alleged to be using most of the power when only two clocks and this computer are on. I've contacted ESE several times, they say they've updated the firmware but there is no difference, something is badly wrong.
