Technicians fitted additional battery. However , big problem, cannot connect the system to the app on our iPhone. We were told to ring Head Office which we did and we were told that we would be contacted within 48 hours. We are still waiting 8 days later!

The final result is great with more efficient, more aesthetically pleasing replacement solar panels combined with good pigeon proofing. However, due to pigeons quickly nesting under the new solar panels, I had to ask ESE Solar to come back twice to fix the issue.
