Great service from ESE, initial contact to arrange the annual inspection through to the engineer arriving were excellent. The engineer arrived on time, introduced himself, was polite and courteous and took time to explain the system and potential upgrades.

"Think twice before taking out a maintenance contract "

Have an issue with my solar, paid for a maintenance contract in 2022 and haven’t seen sight sight or sound of ESE since. Reported an issue more than 36 hours ago and haven’t heard back from them. Think twice about taking out their maintenance contract as it appears not to be worth the paper it’s written on.

I hold my hands up I didn’t have the August 2023 appointment logged, in my defence I was going through cancer treatment at that time, as for the additional battery installation again I agree, however this was not a health check it was purely installation.
