I ordered expedited shipment of the book, but the book arrived 10 days after the order. I asked for a return and refund, but customer service has been ignoring my emails.

Book was supposed to be New but clearly had been read through with finger creases through the book. It was very much used. Sure that’s fine for me but they lied on the product description. It also took over three weeks to ship and they never even responded to my email.

NEVER BUY BOOK FROM ALTOBOOKS. I never received the book. I think they give an incomplete address to USPS with NO Books, so USPS tracking shows delivered, but the package never comes to you.
